Products and Pricing
Matchllo aims to present product information, images, weights, and prices as accurately as possible. Product colors or appearance may vary slightly from the images displayed due to screen settings or the nature of the products.
All prices are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Any applicable additional charges, including shipping fees and taxes, if applicable, will be presented to the customer before completing payment.
Orders and Payments
An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and an order confirmation has been issued.
Matchllo reserves the right to cancel an order or contact the customer in the event of an obvious pricing error, incorrect product information, or product unavailability. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.
Online payments are processed through authorized payment service providers, including Tap Payments. Matchllo does not store customers’ complete payment card details on its own systems.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their name, mobile number, address, and delivery information are accurate before confirming an order.
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout where available. Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside Matchllo’s reasonable control, including courier or operational delays.
Where a delay exceeds the period that gives the customer a statutory right to cancel under applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the customer’s statutory rights will apply.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to Matchllo’s separate Return & Refund Policy, available on the website.
Acceptable Use
Users must not use the website for unlawful purposes or attempt to damage, disrupt, or misuse the website, its systems, or its services.
Intellectual Property
Original content published on the Matchllo website, including text, photographs, designs, and visual content, is owned by Matchllo or used with permission from its respective owners. Such content may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without prior authorization, subject to applicable intellectual property laws.
Changes to These Terms
Matchllo may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Any updated version will be published on the website together with the latest revision date.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
